About Carter’s Motel & MHC
Motel: We are a quiet little boutique Motel in beautiful Edgewater Florida. We provide free self-parking to guests and we are close enough to walk to a couple restaurants and a convenient store. Come stay with us for your getaway or local event.
We have a large outdoor pool for your enjoyment and nice for social gatherings. Your room includes 2 beds or a sofa bed to accommodate your entire family. Our rooms are kept clean and well maintained. Everything you need is here for your short or long-term stay.
Our property has paid laundry facilities and a friendly onsite manager. Complimentary WiFi in public areas and your room is provided. The room features a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV with premium cable channels.
We are close to all the events that happen here in the Daytona/New Smyrna area all year round. Additionally we are close to New Smyrna Beach, Canaveral National Seashore, Jumpy Place Indoor Fun Factory for children, and other restaurants and activities.
We are easily visible from Hwy 1 by our bright colored vintage Carter’s Motel sign that has become landmark in the area. We have easy access in and out. We have a public bus stop (#48) immediately in front of our property making transportation convenient if you don’t feel like driving.
**We Accept all debit and major credit cards for payment. Cash, check, and money order are not accepted**
Manufactured Home Community: Our peaceful 55+ age restricted community is a made up of 64 homes, onsite office and shares the swimming pool and vending machines. Our onsite manager Kelly lives at the property and is extremely helpful. We welcome you to live and visit our community.

Pet Policy & Breed Restrictions

2 Dogs/Cats allowed.
Breed Restrictions: Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Rotweillers, Pitbulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Wolf Dogs mixes or any mix of the above listed breeds. No aggressive pets with a history of biting. Pets must be indoor pets and cannot be left outside for any extended period of time and must be leashed. Birds are allowed if they do not disturb peaceful enjoyment of neighbors. No other animals types are allowed.
