All of our homes are individually owned, we do not allow renting. You can purchase one of our homes, by submitting a mortgage application. You can also contact the community manager of the community you are interested in for more information.

Each community has different lot rents. Please contact the community manager for more information.

Residents pay their own water, sewage, and trash. Each home has their own water meter, so you are only paying for what you have used.

All of our communities are pet friendly, with breed restrictions per community. Please contact the community manager for more information on pet breed restrictions.

Every community is different, we have 55+ and All Age Communities. Please visit the community you’re interested in to find out more information. 

Yes. Every community has lot rents that go up yearly. The lot rent is increased by a small amount once a year.

We include lawn care in your lot rent. Your water, sewage, and electric are billed separately in your name, so you only pay for what you use. We take care of the community and property maintenance outside of the home.

    • Please Note: There is a $50  application fee.
  • You will receive an email after you fill out the short application. The email you received will have a link.
  • Click on the link and it will take you to the remainder of the application. Make sure you list every adult that will be living in the mobile home.
    • Please Note: You must supply their email address(s) as well.
  • The adults listed on your application will be required to fill out an application as well that will be sent to them in an email link.
    • Please Note: Make sure they do this within 24 hours or they will have to pay a separate $50 fee for another application.
  • You can view our mortgage application here.
  • You will need the Community ID of the park and the Retailer ID. Those numbers can be found within each community page. You can find the Community ID in the previous section above or by clicking here.
  • REQUIREMENTS: Our mortgage application requires applicants to have:
    • A Credit Score of  530 or Higher
    • No Criminal Record
    • Down Payment Available
    • Proof of Income
      • Enough Income to Cover Lot Rent and Your Mortgage Payment Every Month.

Electric heating is standard on all our mobile homes. Depending on what unit it is, some of our homes have central air, and some have window units. Please contact the community manager of the community  you are interested in applying to for more information on a specific home.

At this time we are currently not accepting RV’s in any of our parks. When we do, we will update the site to include this information.
