Breed Restrictions: Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Rotweillers, Pitbulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Wolf Dogs mixes or any mix of the above listed breeds. No aggressive pets with a history of biting. Pets must be indoor pets and cannot be left outside for any extended period of time and must be leashed. Birds are allowed if they do not disturb peaceful enjoyment of neighbors. No other animals types are allowed.
