Prior written approval from the Community Manager – Max 2 pets. Must be indoor pets weighing under 35lbs.

Breed Restrictions: Staffordshire Terriers, Presale Canarios, Boerboels, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Boxers, Doberman Pinschers, Cane Corsos, certain Bulldog Breeds (including Pit Bulls), any wolf breeds, or any dog bred or trained for hunting or as an attack dog due to their size and /or aggressive natures are not permitted.
