River Oaks is centrally located community in Palatka, Florida. We are immediately next to Mellon Elementary, Palatka High School, Publix Grocery Store, Banks, along with other retail and places of employment. The peaceful park-like setting and friendly people make this an enjoyable place to live. 

When you visit our community you will be greeted by our very friendly, professional, and helpful manager, Teri. She can assist you with general community information and new or pre-owned home inventory options.

Pet Policy & Breed Restrictions

Prior written approval from the Community Manager
2 Dogs/Cats allowed.

Breed Restrictions: Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Rotweillers, Pitbulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Wolf Dogs mixes or any mix of the above listed breeds. No aggressive pets with a history of biting. Pets must be indoor pets and cannot be left outside for any extended period of time and must be leashed. Birds are allowed if they do not disturb peaceful enjoyment of neighbors. No other animals types are allowed.
