Rock Island is conveniently located in lovely Watertown, Minnesota. Our location is near food, banks, retail, many places of employment, and public transportation. We are six miles west of Minnetrista and the rest of the Twin Cities Metro. Our residents enjoy safe, clean, and affordable living.
When you visit our community you will be greeted by our very friendly, professional, and helpful manager, Wanda. She can assist you with general community information and new or pre-owned home inventory options.

Wanda’s Testimony: I really love my job. I Love getting to know and working with the individuals at the Rock Island Community. I have not been here long, just since August 2021. I think that this company is doing good things to better our communities. I feel this company respects me, asks for my opinion, and respectfully listens to what I have to say even if they don’t always use it or agree. I am learning new things every day and I am enjoying this journey that I am on with Celebrate Communities.
Fun Facts:
- I love people and love working with people.
- I have 2 grandsons and 3 granddaughters. They are the light of my life.
- Some of the things that I enjoy are crafts, gardening, traveling, and working on my home.
- I have a huge gardening project going at my house creating a Nome Village around a big tree stump. I am gathering, planning, and planting.
- I am looking forward to spring to work on creating some beautiful spaces here at Rock Island.

Pet Policy & Breed Restrictions
Prior written approval from the Community Manager
2 Dogs/Cats allowed.
Breed Restrictions: Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Rotweillers, Pitbulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Wolf Dogs mixes or any mix of the above listed breeds. No aggressive pets with a history of biting. Pets must be indoor pets and cannot be left outside for any extended period of time and must be leashed. Birds are allowed if they do not disturb peaceful enjoyment of neighbors. No other animals types are allowed.
